Mario Reese – Head Coach

Coach Reese brings a wealth of experience and dedication to his role as Head Coach of the Girls’ Basketball team at Park Center Senior High School. With a strong background in athletic leadership, Coach Reese is passionate about using sports as a platform to empower young athletes both on and off the court. His coaching philosophy emphasizes teamwork, discipline, and personal growth, aiming to cultivate well-rounded players who excel in competition and develop lifelong skills.

Coach Reese has a rich and diverse coaching background spanning over a decade of experience in youth and high school basketball programs across Minnesota. Prior to this role, he served as Head Boys’ Basketball Coach at Mounds Park Academy. He also held head coaching positions at Big Lake High School and Brooklyn Center High School, where he successfully cultivated skills, discipline, and teamwork among his players.

Coach Reese combines his administrative expertise with a hands-on coaching approach, enabling him to tackle athletic development from a strategic and comprehensive viewpoint. Beyond his coaching duties, he brings leadership experience as the athletic director at Hopkins West Middle School and has also held a position on the Board of Directors for the Roseville Youth Basketball Association. He prioritizes building strong relationships with students, parents, and community stakeholders to foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for young athletes.
